She has held several HR roles within various companies, such as Look-O-Look International, Perfetti Van Melle and Coca-Cola Enterprises. During her tenure with Coca-Cola Enterprises she was responsible for HR in The Netherlands.

Leonard studied Human Resources Management in Breda and initially specialised in the usage of NLP. His initial career path began with a HR role in the logistics sector and that experience expanded at a later stage with various roles within the engineering, construction and IT industries, ranging from HR generalist to HR Director.
