Leonard studied Human Resources Management in Breda and initially specialised in the usage of NLP. His initial career path began within a HR role in the logistics sector and that experience expanded at a later stage with various roles within the engineering, construction and IT industries, ranging from HR generalist to HR Director. Due to this broad experience in complex matrix organizations he has developed a penchant for the effectiveness of performance management and leadership within large companies.
All this expansive knowledge and expertise eventually led him to start work as an independent HR professional, offering interim services and leading HR departments with companies within these industries. His core strength is effective team management as well as leading and supporting restructurings and reorganisations of small and large companies.
